Conducting Market and Sales and Market strategies of student recruitment and developing and implementing and evaluating Sales positioning and retention plans. Contact prospective Clients through all possible channels and collect information on potential needs and report to BOD and operation manager to make strategic sales approaches. Collaborate of all external marketing communications by implementing the SIS brand value proposition; developing the school communications platform in relation to the academic schedule; in charge of advertising campaigns (TV, radio, newspapers, magazine, flyers campaign, billboards, banners, digital, posters, brochures, merchandising tools) Lead School Tours to link their very interesting stages with your great communication through explanation of our SIS education system. Always Seek, Schedule and conduct individual and group tours of the SIS campus. Explain about the school fees, discount programs, textbooks fees, lunch fees and CCA fees to the parents for new students Lead new enrollment process such as arranging appointment with Head Teacher, and coordinate with class teachers and manage enrollment process. Manage re-enrollment for returning parents and ensure their return is smooth. Ensure timely and effective communication, responding to admissions inquiries assigned within 24 hours during weekdays. Collaborate the school, maintain and develop relationships and agreements with third parties such as Companies, Schools, Learning Centers, Consuls, Associations and Embassies. Follow up with the inquiries and visits through emails and phone calls in a timely manner. Follow up with leads that have become unresponsive to regenerate their interest. Keep all of inquiries information and their contact details into a SIS reporting system, update the unresponsive inquiries in a timely manner. Ensure all team members reporting is timely and accurate. Analyzing customer feedback and using it to drive creative solutions for sales closed. Collaborate and closely work together with internal team for all of school events (internal and external) to meet individual goals. Collaborate with the school finance team and admin team and families to ensure that payments are organized smoothly. The role of Student Affairs is a customer-service role that represents the first point of contact for students, staff and visitors, assisting with all aspects of administrative support for school programs. Every day, welcome the students with a smile upon your face • Ensures the reception area is tidy at all times and support as needed. • Ensure safety of students and support as needed to the students. Request student email address from IT department and inform to school internal app’ In-charge such as Class-JoJo etc. Answering phone calls for giving answer and transfer to sales and marketing team in timely manner Fill student record at internal database and always daily update to the database Making phone call or Viber sms to the parents on time Inform and prepare placement test to school admin and collaborate with Sales and Marketing team Coordinate with School Clinic Staff especially for the emergency case and report to school admin Support to the Learning Journey trip especially for the students. Collaborate with related assistant teachers, marketing and sales team and other relevant department such as finance team, office admin team. Inform school administration and parents about the student’s sick or ill and check whether they could take the medicine or not. Have to arrange to go to the clinic or hospital if they student’s health is indeed to see the doctor. Record all of the student attendance Lists and CCA attendance lists. Prepare and organize the student list if they have competition or activities outside of school. For example: Mathematics, Science or Football matches and other activities and Spelling Bee etc. Coordinate with parents for transferring and collecting information such as uniform, text book and payment etc. Update and inform the parents of the school activities/events/CCAs schedule/other school activities and if other activities was occurred. Collaborate school events both internal and external as needed Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
Develop and Implement Sales and Marketing Strategies: Create and execute comprehensive marketing plans and sale tailored for the Myanmar market to increase student enrollment, promote the institution’s brand, and achieve revenue targets. This includes both online and offline marketing channels, as well as sales outreach. Market Research and Analysis: Stay updated on local education trends, competition, and target audience preferences in Myanmar. Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats and adjust strategies accordingly and develop monthly work plan together with actual outcomes and competitor data. Sales Analysis: Ensures accurate sales reporting and analysis of sales to identify gaps and issues. Meets regularly with senior staff to identify causes and discuss action to remain on track to meet sales and profitability goals Social Media Management: Develop and maintain a strong presence on social media platforms. Create and manage content calendar, run paid campaigns, and monitor online interactions to enhance the institution's online reputation. Content Development: Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content, taking into consideration local cultural nuances. This includes brochures, website content, SEO, SEM, blog posts, and social media updates. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding as well. Event Management: Organize and manage internal school events and prepare budgets with scheduling expenditures Leadership: Oversee the hiring, training, performance management, and development of all marketing and sales positioning.
