Job Responsibilities • Assist in identifying training needs through surveys, performance reviews, and department feedback. • Coordinate and organize internal and external training programs, workshops, and orientations. • Prepare training schedules, materials, attendance records, and evaluation forms. • Monitor and track training attendance, employee development progress, and training KPIs. • Maintain T&D databases, training records, and documentation. • Support onboarding programs for new employees. • Assist in evaluating training effectiveness and suggesting improvements. • Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and departments for smooth training delivery. • Support HR projects related to employee engagement and development.
Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process. Maintain and update employee records and databases accurately and confidentially. Support the payroll process by providing accurate attendance and leave records. Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and events. Ability to travel on business trips when required.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for all departments and job levels. Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and create job descriptions. Source candidates via job portals, social media, referrals, headhunting, agencies, and campus programs. Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ suitability and cultural fit. Schedule interviews and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.Maintain ATS/recruitment records and build talent pipelines. Improve recruitment processes and support employer branding activities. Prepare weekly/monthly hiring reports and manpower updates. Collaborate with department heads on workforce planning. Support onboarding and supervise junior HR staff when assigned.
Assist the CEO with daily office operations, scheduling, and correspondence. Coordinate and arrange business meetings, travel itineraries, and appointments (local and overseas). Prepare meeting minutes, reports, and presentation materials in a timely manner. Communicate and liaise with internal departments, suppliers, and foreign business partners. Maintain confidential company documents and ensure proper filing and record-keeping. Translate or interpret during meetings or communications (English, Chinese, Thai). Support coordination for bakery branch operations, logistics, and purchasing when required. Perform any other administrative or executive tasks assigned by the CEO.
