Liaise with the Marketing and Sales departments to initiate and implement promotional events.
Develop and implement IT strategies aligned with the company’s manufacturing goals. Plan and oversee technology budgets, investments, and cost control. Manage ERP/MRP systems, manufacturing software, and automation tools. Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers, networks, and hardware. Ensure system availability and performance for production operations. Develop policies to safeguard data security, backups, and disaster recovery. Monitor cybersecurity threats and implement protection measures. Collaborate with production teams to optimize efficiency through IT solutions. Manage relationships with IT vendors, consultants, and service providers. Coordinate IT support for production, finance, HR, and supply chain teams. Lead and train IT staff to deliver technical support and system management. Provide technical guidance and ensure timely issue resolution. Ensure compliance with IT-related standards, data privacy laws, and manufacturing regulations. Prepare IT reports for management review.
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments across the organization. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions. Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, headhunting, and campus recruitment. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidates’ qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and interview panels. Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment databases. Provide timely feedback to candidates and ensure a positive candidate experience. Generate weekly/monthly recruitment reports and hiring metrics.
