Recruitment & Staffing: Writing and posting job announcements, find candidates and sitting on interview panels. Closely work with Management Teams and ensuring staffing levels are sufficient for school operation, and HR planning process Managing personnel issues across teaching, administration, service and support staff Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring compliance with local law for HR practices Ensuring teachers and staff follow the organization’s policies and procedures Keep the staff database and personal file update All memos, office orders and announcements are keeping in file Performance Management: Performance evaluation and salary review process Monitor and control the staff leave, late and absence Facilitate the career development plan to staff Employee Relations: Maintain positive relationship with employees in a routine schedule Provide HR guidance and support to leaders, managers and employees regarding HR policies, procedures and practices Social welfare and employee care activities Give Awareness the major and minor disciplines and handle the disciplinary actions Training & Development: Orientation for each new hire, and introducing HR handbook Assess the training needs and arrange the necessary development programs Payroll Process: Calculation of payroll with other allowances and deductions, prepare the paycheck Employee Off-boarding: Manage the process for employee separations, including exit interviews, hand-over process, the removal of the system access HR Reporting: Utilize HR Software and monitor the record keeping update Generic HR reports and metrics for decision making
Planning, preparing, and delivering lessons to a range of English classes for adults and kids Preparing teaching materials and activities Marking and providing appropriate feedback on the oral and written assignment Encouraging students to speak in English on the School premises Monitoring continuous improvement of students Collaborating with teaching staff and administrators to foster a good student experience Managing classroom crises and resolving conflict (if occurred) Informing parents about their children’s performance Building trusting relationships with students, parents, and other staff
