Job Description Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other sales tactics. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track leads effectively. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations. Understand clients& business needs and objectives to offer tailored solutions. Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and areas for growth. Collaboration and Communication: Provide regular updates on sales activities and progress to the sales manager.
Daily Closing of Cash and Bank Books.- Record the Petty Cash Register and Advance Control Sheet. All treasury related files are documented properly. Check all the In/Out transactions by using internet banking. Data Entry in Odoo for all cash and bank transactions. Print out all the receipt voucher forms and properly filing. Weekly cash count and keep daily cash balance in safe. Assist team to open/close the bank accounts and adding signatory if needed. Any task assigned by Line Mananger
Sales Operations and Coordination Manage and streamline administrative functions for the sales team, including order processing, CRM management, and sales reporting. Coordinate communication between sales representatives and other departments (e.g., finance, operations) to ensure a smooth customer journey. Monitor sales activity, track key metrics, and support sales leadership with performance reports. Process Improvement and Efficiency Identify and address bottlenecks in sales processes, suggesting and implementing improvements to enhance efficiency. Standardize sales procedures and ensure compliance with company policies. Collaborate with sales leadership to define and refine best practices and operational standards. Support Sales Team and Leadership Serve as a point of contact for the sales team, providing support for day-to-day administrative tasks and customer inquiries. Prepare materials and data for sales meetings, presentations, and client engagements. Assist with onboarding new sales team members, ensuring they have the resources and training needed to perform effectively. Contract and Documentation Management Oversee the preparation, review, and approval of sales contracts and agreements. Maintain accurate records of sales contracts, price lists, and customer agreements in a centralized and accessible system. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in documentation and sales processes.
Financial Reporting and Oversight: Oversee the preparation and accuracy of financial statements (balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements) in accordance with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Oversee treasury operations including cash flow forecasting and liquidity management. Ensure tax compliance, timely filing, and tax planning. Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and financial institutions. Ensure the company's financial reporting is timely, accurate, and compliant with all internal and external reporting requirements. Ensure the correct application of accounting policies and procedures across all business functions. Review journal entries, general ledger reconciliations, and ensure that all financial data is captured accurately. Supervise and streamline the accounting close process, minimizing delays and ensuring completeness. Design, implement, and monitor internal control systems to ensure the accuracy of financial data and to prevent fraud or misstatements. Prepare for and support internal and external audits, ensuring all documentation and records are in place. Oversee the general ledger, ensuring that all transactions are accurately recorded and classified in accordance with company policies. Manage chart of accounts and ensure that proper accounting practices are followed for all transactions. Lead efforts in maintaining the integrity of the financial records and preventing discrepancies. Monitor actual financial performance against budgeted figures and assist in forecasting for upcoming periods. Work with department heads to ensure cost control measures are in place and aligned with budget expectations. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accountants and finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment. Delegate tasks and ensure team members are properly trained on accounting systems, procedures, and compliance. Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement and skill development. Oversee the management of odoo accounting systems to ensure they are up to date and functioning effectively.
