Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripheral devices. Monitor and troubleshoot server and network performance. Maintain IT asset inventory and manage equipment lifecycle. Ensure data security, backup processes, and compliance with IT policies.
