We sell beauty devices such as At-home IPL Laser hair removal devices and Home HIFU devices (High-intensity focused ultrasound). Our main channel is through social media sales, however we are fastly expanding our physical presence. We have one physical store at Junction Square, we also work with beauty dairy in Mandalay, Myaitkyina, Taunngyi, and a couple in Yangon.

We're hiring Sales Consultants (Education Consultants) for Yangon and Mandalay. We need dedicated professionals passionate about helping students achieve their academic dreams abroad. Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration within the education sector. Provide thorough consultation to clients regarding overseas education opportunities, focusing on universities in Malaysia, UK, USA, Canada, Switzerland, and Australia. Assess clients' academic backgrounds, career goals, and personal preferences to recommend suitable educational programs and institutions that align with their aspirations. Knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, visa requirements, and accommodation options for studying abroad. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and build relationships with educational institutions and community organizations. Willingness to participate in educational activities, events, seminars, and webinars to enhance knowledge and skills. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of education consultants to achieve sales targets and KPIs. Foster a culture of high performance, accountability, and continuous improvement within the sales team. Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies with overall business goals. Conduct high-level consultations with clients to understand their unique needs, challenges, and goals. Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including pipeline management, lead generation, and sales forecasting. Utilize CRM systems and sales analytics tools to track performance metrics, analyze data, and generate actionable insights. Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for improvement. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and industry regulations related to sales activities.
