The ideal candidate will be passionate about education, skilled in sales and relationship building, and eager to help students and families navigate their study abroad journey. Key Responsibilities Actively promote study abroad programs to prospective students and parents. Counsel students on available courses, universities, admission requirements, and visa processes. Handle inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins, ensuring prompt and professional responses. Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and institutional partners. Meet monthly and quarterly student recruitment and sales targets. Conduct seminars, school visits, and information sessions to generate leads. Maintain accurate student records and follow-up throughout the application process. Stay updated on international education trends, visa regulations, and partner institution updates.
Key Responsibilities Student Advisory & Recruitment Provide expert guidance to students and families on study destinations, programs, scholarships, and career outcomes Develop and implement recruitment strategies to achieve enrolment goals Ensure students receive a smooth experience from initial counselling to pre-departure Team Leadership & Development Supervise and mentor a team of Student Relationship Officers Organize training sessions to improve counselling quality and up-to-date knowledge of partner institutions Track team performance and optimize processes for better results Partnership & Event Management Build and maintain strong relationships with universities, colleges, and partner schools Represent Study Quest Global at education fairs, webinars, and outreach programs Coordinate overseas visits to partner institutions to strengthen collaborations Operational Excellence Oversee end-to-end application processing, visa guidance, and scholarship applications Prepare regular recruitment and performance reports for management review
