Job Description Design and develop a comprehensive curriculum that aligns with the requirements of various mathematics Olympiads. -Conduct engaging and effective mathematics classes for students, focusing on problem-solving skills, advanced mathematical techniques, and Olympiad-level topics. -Mentor and guide students to participate and excel in mathematics Olympiads, providing personalized coaching and support as needed. -Create and administer assessments to evaluate students' progress and identify areas for improvement. -Organize and manage internal mathematics competitions to help students gain experience and confidence in competitive settings. -Work closely with other mathematics educators and school administration to enhance the overall mathematics education program. -Maintain regular communication with parents regarding students' progress, achievements, and areas needing attention. -Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in mathematics education and Olympiad competitions.
- Develop and maintain annual budgets, monitor performance, and offer guidance. - Prepare accurate reports, analyze data, ensure compliance. - Manage cash flow, develop forecasts, optimize practices. - Oversee accounts payable/receivable, review transactions, maintain internal controls. - Coordinate audits, respond to inquiries, stay updated on regulations. - Collaborate on long-term strategies, conduct analysis, identify opportunities. - Review and Prepare the monthly reports for Cash Flow, P & L and Budget - To prepare the Finance & Account department’s policy and procedure
