Responsible for overseeing and fulfilling research needs and data analysis across various nicotine product categories. Enhance a consumer-focused approach to the nicotine market landscape and monitoring consumer and trade dynamics within the categories. Conduct custom consumer research, consumer tracking, and retail audits, proficiency in leveraging digital platforms to gather supplementary consumer information will be essential. Enhance or uphold current standard reports, trackers, and retail audits to provide reliable tracking of commercial and consumer KPIs. Update and refine consumer segmentation to align with industry changes, promoting its strategic integration into planning processes and data infrastructure. Broaden data reservoir by integrating external sources on smoking trends, synthesizing insights from diverse data outlets. Conduct ad hoc analyses as required, ensuring prompt and precise reporting to all stakeholders. Manage independently and/or supports all research requirements from designing the study, creating project brief, questionnaire design, ensuring data accuracy, data analysis up to reporting and management of external agency Ensure strategic insights projects are in line with business requirements.
Develop and maintain front-end and back-end components of software applications. Design responsive user interfaces using HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, or Vue.js). Implement server-side logic and databases using technologies like Node.js, Python, Ruby, PHP or Java. Integrate third-party APIs and web services for enhanced functionality. Collaborate in code reviews to ensure code quality and standards adherence. Preparation of Documentation like Basic/Detail design and Unit testing and bug identification. Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks for optimal software performance. Maintain detailed code and system documentation. Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software products. Train interns or new employees if necessary.
Source and attract candidates by using LinkedIn, Facebook, job website and other networks etc., as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals. Prepare JDs to be posted on job sites if authorized by immediate supervisor and to be shared with potential candidates. Use candidate databases to match the right person to the clients’ hiring needs. Identify and pre-screen candidates’ resumes and job responsibilities. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes. Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process. Generate new leads and research the new clients for business development. Develop a good understanding of client companies, their industry, what they do, plus their work culture and environment. Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities. Follow up with clients on the interview results.
