Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews. Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and documentation. Handle onboarding and offboarding processes for employees. Support payroll processing and leave management. Assist in organizing training sessions, employee engagement activities, and HR initiatives. Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR regulations. Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures. Prepare HR reports and maintain confidential records. Coordinate performance review processes and employee feedback collection. Assist in other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.
- Check All Bank Daily Transaction and Branches Daily Cash and Bank Transaction. - Monitor and process sales, discounts, returns, and payments. - Checking Experience for General Ledger, Sales and Inventory Ledger. - To Check all Receivable, Payable , Fixed Assets ,Depreciation. - Check monthly ground stock and reconcile with book balance. - Experience in Ground Stock monitoring and stock reporting. - High attention to detail and accuracy. - Assist the Finance & Account Manager and Senior Accountant in preparing documents . - Must be able to other duties assigned by department head.
