Create and manage the effective and innovative company's digital content calendar (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok). Plan and execute online campaigns across Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Google. Manage company social media pages and ensure consistent brand voice and visual identity. Collaborate with the Sales and Product teams to align marketing messages with customer needs and product updates. Coordinate design and video teams to deliver engaging content. Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of digital specialists (e.g., content creators, SEO specialists, performance marketers). Coordinate with design/content teams for creative assets and posting schedule. Conduct regular performance reviews, set KPIs, and identify training needs to foster professional growth within the team. Oversee daily workflows to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within scope. Review creative materials and ensure branding consistency. Track performance metrics (reach, engagement, CTR, conversion). Generate weekly/monthly reports for senior management, highlighting ROI, conversion rates, and actionable insights for optimization. Collaborate with Field Marketing, Sales, and Merchandising teams for 360° campaign alignment. Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, algorithm updates, and emerging technologies.
Manage and supervise sales operations for Solar Inverter, Solar Panel, Battery, and other solar energy products. Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and yearly sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with Distributors, Dealers, Retail Shops, and Project Partners. Identify and develop new sales channels or business partners.
