Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop recruitment strategies. Source and attract candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, networking, and agencies. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates for further evaluation. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Support employer branding activities and career fairs. Prepare offer letters and assist in the onboarding process. Stay updated on recruitment trends, talent market insights, and best practices.
Handle end-to-end recruitment process Source and screen candidates via job boards and social platforms Coordinate interviews and follow-ups Maintain candidate databases and reports Work closely with hiring managers for manpower needs
Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube etc.). Create engaging content (images, videos, text) tailored to each social media platform. Schedule and manage social media posts using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite etc. Monitor social media channels for brand mentions and engage with followers. Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall branding. Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Help coordinate and support promotional campaigns and influencer partnerships.
Record and maintain daily financial transactions in ERP software. Prepare journal entries, general ledger postings, and account reconciliations. Handle accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes. Generate financial statements, reports, and analysis using ERP Monitor cash flow, bank reconciliations, and petty cash management. Support in monthly, quarterly, and yearly closing activities.
Job Summary: The General Manager (GM) will oversee all aspects of our growing Hotel Group’s operations, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. The GM will manage daily operations, develop strategic plans, and lead the team to achieve financial and operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve hotel goals and enhance guest satisfaction. Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services. Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation to ensure profitability. Lead, motivate, and support the hotel staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company policies. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and business partners. Identify and address potential risks and opportunities in the hospitality market. Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and hotel standards. Report to the executive team on hotel performance, strategies, and necessary adjustments. Oversee marketing and promotional activities to drive occupancy and revenue.
Design, prepare, and deliver training programs (classroom, online, and blended). Conduct training needs analysis to identify skill gaps and recommend solutions. Develop training materials, manuals, presentations, and e-learning content. Facilitate engaging sessions on leadership, customer service, sales, HR, compliance, and other topics. Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance improvements. Support onboarding and orientation programs for new employees. Stay updated with industry trends, training methodologies, and best practices. Work closely with managers and HR to align training initiatives with business objectives.
