Develop and implement transportation policies and procedures. Oversee the daily operations of the transportation department, including route planning, scheduling, and vehicle maintenance. Manage and lead the transportation team, including drivers and support staff. Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards. Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services. Monitor and analyze transportation costs and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Negotiate contracts with transportation providers and suppliers. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and regulatory bodies. Implement and oversee the use of transportation management systems (TMS) to optimize operations. Prepare and manage the transportation budget, ensuring cost-effective operations. Handle any transportation-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.

Job Summary: The General Manager (GM) will oversee all aspects of our growing Hotel Group’s operations, ensuring the highest standards of hospitality and guest satisfaction. The GM will manage daily operations, develop strategic plans, and lead the team to achieve financial and operational goals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve hotel goals and enhance guest satisfaction. Oversee daily hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, maintenance, and guest services. Manage budgets, financial reports, and resource allocation to ensure profitability. Lead, motivate, and support the hotel staff to maintain high performance and adherence to company policies. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including guests, suppliers, and business partners. Identify and address potential risks and opportunities in the hospitality market. Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and hotel standards. Report to the executive team on hotel performance, strategies, and necessary adjustments. Oversee marketing and promotional activities to drive occupancy and revenue.
B.E or B.Tech or AGTI (Mechanical) or Any Graduated Must have above (2) years experiences in related field Must have Repair Serivce Experiences related Home Appliances as Like TV, Refrigerator, Washing Machine etc. Must have Good communication skill, Technical Skill and customer service .

Repairing all types of hardware, plumbing, electrical equipment including lamps, air conditioners, replacing electrical switches, outlets and programming TV’s. repairing and/or adjusting all types of hardware, plumbing, electrical, HVAC equipment To clean, lubricate, protect and otherwise maintain all tools and equipment in the resort. To protect and otherwise maintain your assigned tool pouch and its tools at the discretion of the Engineering Management. To be available for any emergencies and act in an engineering capacity to protect our guest and associates and preserve the building and its systems during the emergency. To act as quickly and responsibly as possible to return the building to its normal operating status. Fire alarm/ Life safety System- to monitor and perform test system as necessary, to be fully informed of the system operation and to handle emergencies involving the system. To have a working knowledge of fire sprinkler and emergency power systems. To clean all engineering areas as directed by Management. To work in a neat and efficient manner, keeping work areas clean and well organized. To serve as otherwise directed or needed to help maintain the effective and efficient operation of the resort. Complete all work assigned in a safe and professional manner. Always follow all Resort rules and policies Other duties may be assigned.
