Inventory Management Record daily inbound and outbound inventory (raw materials, finished goods, packaging, etc.). Maintain accurate warehouse stock levels and update inventory systems. Coordinate with warehouse team for stock counting and reconciliation. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory summary reports. Financial Recording Record all payments received from customers and issue receipts. Update customer payment status and outstanding balances. Assist in verifying supplier invoices and payment documents. Data Consolidation & Reporting Prepare the combined report: Financial & Warehouse Summary (Inventory In/Out & Payments Received) . Ensure the accuracy and consistency between financial records and warehouse records. Coordination & Communication Work closely with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, and Purchasing teams. Report discrepancies immediately and assist in follow-up actions. Support management with any additional tasks related to finance or warehouse operations.
