Provide professional counseling to students on study destinations (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, Europe, etc.), suitable courses, universities, and scholarship opportunities. • Assist students with university selection, application strategies, and admission requirements (SOPs, LORs, essays, portfolios). • Keep updated on intake deadlines, visa policies, scholarships, and post-study work opportunities. • Guide students on visa applications, financial documentation, SOP drafting, and interview preparation. • Recommend foundation, diploma, and pathway programs to enhance student eligibility. • Build and maintain strong partnerships with international universities, colleges, and education boards. • Participate in education fairs, agent workshops, and university training sessions. • Analyze student preferences, visa success rates, and emerging study destinations for strategic planning. • Train and mentor junior counselors while ensuring ethical counseling practices. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date student application and visa status records. • Achieve monthly and quarterly student enrollment and revenue targets. • Conduct one-on-one consultations with students and parents to assess academic needs and career goals. • Monitor education market trends and competitor activities to enhance services. • Follow up with daily student enquiries (both online and offline). • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and digital content. • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve enrollment and revenue objectives. • Support education events, seminars, and promotional fairs as required.
