Design and create high-quality, creative graphics for marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials. Develop innovative and creative concepts and designs that align with brand guidelines and visual standards. Collaborate with the marketing team to produce promotional materials, including brochures, posters, banners, and advertisements. Edit and enhance product photos to highlight the beauty and intricacies of our jewelry pieces. Maintain a consistent look and feel across all visual materials. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices and creative ideas into designs.
Supervise of employee database updating, attendance, overtime calculation, leave record and payroll processing. Perform attendance, salary calculation by accurately, overtime wages and salary record report to Manager. Maintains the work structure by updating job descriptions and job requirements for all positions. Hire new employees according to manpower plan and initiate onboarding process. Prepare employees for assignments by conducting orientation and training programs. Measure performance appraisal and key performance indicator (KPI) of HR & Admin Team Perform and process for personal income tax (PIT), social security board (SSB) and employment contract (EC). Monitor costs and expenses to assists in budget preparation for HR & Admin Department. Provide technical and logistical support for all administrative tasks, including office management. Perform and maintain the fixed assets, materials and stationeries. Monitor the inventory and requisition of office supplies and materials. Perform monthly charges of billing system of internet, phone and electric meter. Perform & completion of monthly & quarterly report to Manager. Perform & following instruction of other related duties required by Manager.
