Assist in the display, arrangement, and upkeep of jewellery collections to maintain luxury retail standards. Record and maintain walk-in customer inquiries and showroom visitor logs. Support in jewellery care, including polishing, packaging, and handling with precision. Ensure the showroom is immaculate, reflecting the elegance and exclusivity of the brand. Continuously learn about gemstones (e.g., ruby, sapphire, diamond) and fine jewellery craftsmanship. Keep records of customer interests and track product trends to support the sales team. Prepare catalogues, product information, price lists, and luxury packaging in advance. Support after-sales processes, including order preparation, packaging, delivery coordination, and client follow-ups. Assist in preparing for instore events, trunk shows, and jewellery exhibitions. Learn best practices for client engagement in high-end retail environments. Assist with daily and weekly sales activity reports. Support inventory tracking and ensure accurate documentation under supervision.
