Key Responsibilities Capture, retouch, and finalize product images to meet luxury brand standards for marketing, catalog, and digital use. Maintain and uphold the brand’s visual identity, ensuring all creative materials align with established brand guidelines. Conceptualize and design marketing assets, including website graphics, social media visuals, email campaigns, print collateral, packaging, and advertisements. Ensure designs communicate a premium, elegant, and timeless aesthetic consistent with the brand’s positioning in the fine gems and jewelry industry. Collaborate with the Creative Executive and Media & Marketing Manager in implementing media and marketing activities. Liaise with cross-functional teams (sales, content, retail operations) and third-party vendors/agencies to execute daily marketing tasks. Assist in analyzing market trends, competitor branding, and customer insights to inform creative direction. Provide regular creative input and support for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and promotions. Maintain an organized digital library of image assets, including raw images, retouched files, video footage, edited projects, and media resources, following departmental standards. Ensure all creative files are archived systematically for easy retrieval and future use. Provide timely progress updates and reports to the Media & Marketing Manager on creative output and trends. Ensure proper handover of responsibilities through approved leave/transfer processes in cases of absence, training, or travel. Uphold company rules, departmental SOPs, KPIs, and policies as outlined in the Employee Handbook. Actively contribute to fostering a culture of workplace safety and professional conduct. Perform other related duties as assigned, in response to meet operational business needs or changing circumstances.
