Lead in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline). Coordinate with sales teams and suppliers to ensure brand consistency and alignment. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Lead in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and on-ground activation. Handle documentation and data entry related to marketing operations. Maintain marketing inventory (POSM, brochures, giveaways, etc.) Preparing reports, slides, and meeting documents.

Maintain records of all company vehicles (registration, insurance, maintenance, fuel usage). Monitor daily vehicle usage, mileage, and driver assignments. Schedule regular servicing, repairs, and inspections for all vehicles. Keep track of vehicle conditions to ensure safety and reliability. Coordinate with external service providers for repair and maintenance. Assign and supervise drivers, ensuring compliance with company driving policies. Check driver licenses, behavior, and punctuality. Must have strong knowledge of routes and be able to effectively plan and organize route schedules. Support admin-related tasks when required. Must be able to prepare and submit weekly and monthly fuel reports.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the GT channel. Implement sales strategies and promotional activities to increase product penetration. Expand distribution coverage by onboarding new outlets and maintaining strong relationships with existing customers. Ensure product availability, visibility, and merchandising in all assigned outlets. Supervise, train, and motivate a team of Sales Representatives. Submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports and performance updates.
