Supervise daily Horeca sales operations and ensure target achievement. Build and maintain strong business relationships with key Horeca, accounts CHotel, Restaurant, capes). Identity new Horeca opportunities and develop sales growth plans. Lead, train, and motivate sales representative under Horeca channel. and product visibility. Monitor outlet coverage, order frequency. Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports and share with HOD. Coordinate with Marketing, Delivery, and operation teams por Smooth execution. Handle customer issues, price negotiation, arid ensure service satisfaction. Conduct regular market visits to evaluate brand presence and competitor activity Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Must have experience in the Horeca Channel such as Bar, KTV, Restaurant, Hotel. Those who have previously served as a Sales Leader in the relevant Channel can also apply. Ability to drive vehicles cars with a valid driver license. Strategize, create, monitor and adjust Sale route and way plan for maximum efficiency Gather and present market information and outlet’s requirements to Horeca Manager and Executive Strong ability to sell and take order of company products so that the buyer likes and accepts it.
Lead in planning and executing marketing campaigns (digital & offline). Coordinate with sales teams and suppliers to ensure brand consistency and alignment. Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Lead in organizing promotional events, trade shows, and on-ground activation. Handle documentation and data entry related to marketing operations. Maintain marketing inventory (POSM, brochures, giveaways, etc.) Preparing reports, slides, and meeting documents.
