Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures. Coordinate in office organization and procedures, records, and files Managing relevant admin databases and others related documents, ensure they are up to date and accurate and initiate corrective actions if necessary. Responsible for arranging of office events, including meetings and training sessions. Managing daily inspection of office for cleanliness and securities. Checking monthly stationary ordering lists correct or not and other admin expenses. Managing to prepare and save the related government documents and participating government affairs. Inspection and supervision of the condition of the vehicles under preparation and if it is necessary to prepare them in an external service, they must be able to connect and plan. Must be able to carry out car maintenance and vehicle license renewal. Daily Ways, must be able to properly manage GPS monitoring and fuel consumption and submit daily and monthly reports. To follow up new business opportunities and dealing with landlords. Conduct presentations and site visits to potential future stores and maintain good relationship with potential and existing landlords. Negotiating and re-negotiating the proposals with landlords by phone, email, and in person Ensure all reports and urgent requirements are done in timely manner Be able to multi-task and perform other admin related and ad hoc tasks assigned by Management. Purpose: To plan and execute both traditional and digital marketing activities that increase brand awareness, attract new customers, and drive sales for the brand. Key Responsibilities: Marketing Campaigns & Promotions Assist in planning and executing in-store not only online marketing campaigns but also offline Coordinate with branches for promo materials and smooth rollout Support seasonal, festival, and collaboration campaigns Collect feedback and sales data after each campaign Digital Marketing Manage and update social media pages (especially - Facebook, TikTok and related social media platform) Create engaging captions, posts, and short video content Run paid ad campaigns (Facebook, TikTok and related social media platform) and monitor results Support influencer and KOL collaborations Track digital performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports Communicate with Agency and event organizer Brand Communication & Design Support Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials Work with design or creative team for posters, menus, and digital assets etc Suggest creative ideas for new campaigns or visuals Event & Activation Assist in planning and organizing marketing events, sponsorships, and openings new branches requirement Coordinate with suppliers, mall teams, and internal departments Manage on-ground branding and promotional materials Market & Competitor Research Monitor competitors’ activities, promotions, and social media trends Report customer insights and suggest improvements Administrative & Coordination Tasks Handle marketing inventory (flyers, vouchers, merch, etc.) Prepare weekly or monthly marketing updates and reports Software Familiarity with or willingness to learn Bonchon’s internal software and applications
