Under the supervision of the Finance Manager, the Treasury Associate is responsible in monitoring bank account, preparation of checks for payment and handling petty cash transactions. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES Processing (analyzing and recording) AR and cash transactions in SAP system related to but not limited to sales transactions and cash disbursement transactions. Responsible for check preparation and monitoring of cash disbursements Petty Cash Custodian, responsible in monitoring and recording petty cash transactions Monitoring and maintaining Bank Accounts and doing manual monthly bank reconciliation. Maintaining accounting files and information Performs other duties as assigned from time to time. Daily Output - Payment Voucher and Petty Cash Voucher preparation Monthly Output – Monthly cash disbursement report, Petty Cash Liquidation and manual bank reconciliation.
JOB SUMMARY The Brand Manager shall be responsible in ensuring the profitability of the segment handled by developing annual marketing plans, conceptualizing A&P programs, introducing new product development and re-launches and ensuring the successful implementation of the these with the objective of increasing market share and competitiveness of the product/s. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES Develops and executes annual marketing plans and is responsible for the segment’s profits, sales and market share. Identify specific marketing strategies and advertising & promotion initiatives to increase consumer awareness and competitiveness of the segments in the industry. Expand the segment handled through new product development or re-launching current products and implement promotional strategies to leverage them against the market. Lead multi-functional teams in relation to new product launches or re-launches as the case may be. Provide management with relevant data analysis with regard to the state of the business, product and industry outlook, competitive activities and pricing that provide opportunities for the segment to grow.
Under the supervision of Engineering and Maintenance Manager, the Engineering/Utilities Supervisor gives general supervision on the operation, maintenance and improvement of facilities and building which houses the equipment included therein. Responsible for the maintenance and improvement of the plant utilities i.e. boilers, compressors, water supply system, plant lightings and electrical supply system. II. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES General Supervises the operation and maintenance of facilities and utilities in the assigned area. Prepares reports and work schedules. Ensures consistent implementation, training, and maintenance of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Safety Procedures in the Engineering and Maintenance Department. Prepares Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), safety guidelines, operating instructions and other similar matters that involve area of jurisdiction. Shall handle project coordination and execution. Responsible for the operations of wastewater treatment plant. Informs the Engineering and Maintenance Manager on all matters affecting the engineering/utilities operation. Performs other functions as maybe assigned by superior.
Procure products and services, including supplier selection, pricing/terms negotiation, order processing, and contract administration. Maintain strong vendor relationships to ensure optimal pricing and service. Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for vendors. Generate weekly/monthly summary purchase reports. Support maintenance and repair activities, including engineering and maintenance requests. Provide general procurement support to all stakeholders. Assist the planning team in the production planning process. Update daily procurement routines, such as the PR process. Facilitate sourcing for suppliers and vendors as needed, ensuring alignment with related departments such as QA and Engineering. Supervise pricing, service level agreements, deliveries, and payment terms negotiations. Assist the Procurement Manager in reviewing purchase order claims and contracts. Ensure compliance with FDA, licenses, and other government-mandated requirements for material importation. Provide comparative analysis and recommend suitable suppliers/vendors. Perform other duties as assigned by superiors.
