Job Summary: The Production Controller is responsible for ensuring the timely availability of raw and packaging materials to support scheduled production runs. This role also handles SAP transactions related to production, material usage, and finished goods stock movement. The position reports directly to the Production Manager. Monitor and ensure the availability of materials based on the production plan. Manage inventory transactions and generate documents (RQS, IS, FGTD, RS, DR) via SAP. Supervise production activities during assigned shifts. Prepare daily production reports to track efficiency, yield, and compliance. Coordinate with QA and Warehouse teams on material returns. Conduct weekly/monthly cycle counts and analyze material variances. Oversee finished goods transfer and ensure accurate stock movements. Prepare material aging reports and monitor stock revalidation. Adhere to GMP, safety, and company policies.
A. Sales Performance Report Generates accurate sales data, collects the necessary information and validates as necessary. Consolidates all the necessary information for the department. Prepare and provides weekly and monthly sales analysis based on the Sell-In-Value ( SIV – purchase of Distributor both from URC Thailand and Myanmar ) and Sales-To-Trade ( STT of Distributor to the account ). Support his/her department to ensure achievement of required volume and objectives. B. Order Generation Process Organize, prepare, facilitate, encodes and coordinate the necessary documents for stocks allocation, sales order, delivery of approved sales order of URC Direct Customers. Encodes and prepares all the necessary documentation in the SAP system. Preparation of sales order using VMI. C. Accounts Receivable (A/R) Monitoring Prepares memos for discounts, collection shortage/overage and other adjustments to A/R. Prepare and monitor Distributor Claims to URC both Thailand and Myanmar. D. Monitoring of Warehouse Floor Stocks and Deliveries Generates, collects and coordinate to-date accurate warehouse floor inventory and in-transit deliveries from URC Thailand / Myanmar and Distributor. E. Monitoring of Trade Activations Monitor the execution of approved trade calendar of activities. Attends to customer queries/concerns on promos, product availability and pricing.
-Grow the business through the development of new products based on requirements and defined launch dates. This involves the effective translation of the needs of consumers as defined by Marketing into a product design ready for manufacture. -Review product designs to ensure that the design will perform during actual use by Manufacturing and that the product can be manufactured at the lowest cost possible. -Increase company revenues through product design changes to reduce product costs (e.g., reformulations, material substitutions) and process improvements. -Provide direction on cost savings initiatives through raw materials revalidation instead of outright disposal of material lots exceeding its expiry dates. -Provide technical assistance / troubleshoot major and complex concerns on the process and finished products -Provision of training to Manufacturing on technology and operations of new production lines before turnover for regular production. -Reviews, finalizes and signs all RD reports. -Prepares annual budget requirements for the RD Department. -Prepares annual budget requirements for the RD Department. -Prepares training plan for all RD personnel and gives recommendations on personnel's salary, promotion, and regularization. -Responsible for the attainment of the plant RD’s KPI. -Supports other plant departments in the achievement of the overall plant KPI’s -Monitors and controls department operational expenses and ensures to be within the allowed budget. -Performs other functions as may be assigned by the superior.
