Checking monthly timekeeping transactions before processing. Responsible in maintaining and monitoring transactions related to Fixed Assets. Maintaining accounting files and information. Provide assistance to Accounting Supervisor. Performs other duties as assigned from time to time. Daily Output - Payable Voucher and Journal Vouchers Monthly Output – Monthly Asset Monitoring Report and monthly timekeeping report.
Under the supervision of RD Supervisor, QA/RD Manager, this position is responsible to support for establishing product formulations that conform to product design requirements such as sensory characteristics, margins, intended market, product nutritional or health claims. Conducts laboratory and plant trials of formula, qualifies raw materials and flavors prior to use in the formula. Establishes RM / PM / Products / Process control parameters. R&D Scientist assist to evaluates the readiness of new production lines to go into commercial production. The Scientist assists in product and production line troubleshooting and recommends appropriate actions. R&D Scientist authors all Standard Operating Procedures related to the product and process design. II. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES Assist the function of R&D Supervisor, Asst. QA/RD Manager, QA/RD Manager to develop New and Existing products and processes that conform to defined product concepts, sensory characteristics, nutritional value and other requirements within the target timeline. Supervise plant trial / initial production run of New product. Provide technical guidance in the formulation of New products for lab scale batch and plant trials Update Food Laws / Regulations concerned. Evaluate food processing and storage conditions, and assist in the development of quality assurance programs for such operations. Assist to identify and implement quality and profit improvement projects. Measure effectiveness in improving quality and product cost or efficiency of production. Assist to establish documentation of Raw material, Packaging, Product and Process SOPs, troubleshooting guide, Work instructions for production, SAP. Monitor product quality and line performance. Identifies alternative Supplier and raw material evaluation, revalidation through testing and/or product application. Technical assistance to factory and regional affiliates through quality and process troubleshooting; Assist in line/equipment commissioning and resolve potential issues. Render assistance during regular production run of new products to ensure compliance with SOP’s. Provides training to Quality Assurance and Manufacturing on the production of new products. Responsible for other duties and responsibilities as specified in the QMS. Performs any other duty that may be assigned as necessary. Under the supervision of QA Supervisor, the QA Analyst is responsible for checking the physical and chemical analyses of all incoming raw and packaging materials, in-process and finished products. Conducts plant and warehouse inspection and give recommendation on proper material disposition. Monitors in-line process and packaging activities; help in implementation of QA related activities. II. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES Reports to the QA Supervisor, Asst. QA/RD Manager, QA/RD Manager all pertinent information regarding daily activities/faulty and problem. Performs physical, chemical and microbiological analyses of raw materials, in process, finished product, water and wastewater and evaluate them as to specified frequency of checking. Analyzes potential problem, determine possible causes of defects and make necessary recommendation. Monitors, revalidate raw material stocks and finished goods. Helps production in quality troubleshooting. Checks, supports and coordinates with production regarding sanitation condition of the plant. Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Safety procedures and guidelines and company rules and regulations. Informs the QA Supervisor on all matters affecting product. Responsible for the custodianship of material and product testing records. Ensures that the standard set specifications are being met to attain good quality product. Ensures compliance to established Food Safety Management System (FSMS). Conducts audit at planned intervals to determine whether the FSMS conforms to planned arrangements, requirements established by organization; effectively implemented and update. Responsible for incoming material, process and line monitoring and inspection and testing of finished goods following the Quality Plan, PRP Plan, HACCP Plan and the Quality Assurance and Test Manual (QATM). Under the supervision of Maintenance Supervisor, the Maintenance Technician ensures that all plant equipment in relation to its electrical and mechanical function and components are well maintained and kept in good running condition. DUTIES, RESPONSIBILITIES AND AUTHORITIES General Responsible for the maintenance and/or repairs of mechanical and electrical aspects of all plant equipment and parts to keep it in running condition. Performs routine sound and visual check on all running plant equipment to prevent machine breakdowns. Responds immediately to repair calls from Production Supervisors and/or Operator. Performs preventive maintenance and repairs on all mechanical and electrical components of equipment. Performs mechanical jobs and minor fabrications such as overhauling of machine, welding, pipefitting, plumbing and other related work. Performs wiring installations and electrical works as maybe required by the factory. Follows Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), safety procedures and guidelines and Company rules and regulations. Informs the Maintenance Supervisor on all matters affecting mechanical and electrical repairs and maintenance of equipment. Performs other functions as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
