Recruitment Strategy & Workforce Support Provide full recruitment support to business units (BUs) and factories for timely and effective staffing of new hires. Design and implement strategic workforce plans that align with the organizational needs of each BU and factory. Assist and support other BUs with comprehensive recruitment solutions and manpower deployment plans. Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that supports business expansion and long-term workforce planning. End-to-End Recruitment Management Lead and manage the entire recruitment life cycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, resume screening, assessments, interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding in collaboration with relevant HR functions. Ensure a positive candidate experience and effective communication throughout the recruitment process. Manage recruitment planning and coordination for mass hiring, internal transfers, and urgent replacements. Onboarding Program Design, coordinate, and implement the New Employee Onboarding Program across all business units and functions Ensure new hires are effectively introduced to the company culture, team structures, job expectations, and internal policies. Collaborate with relevant departments to organize orientation sessions, assign onboarding checklists, and track completion. Monitor new hire feedback and continuously improve onboarding effectiveness to support employee engagement and retention. Team Leadership & Stakeholder Collaboration Collaborate with department heads and BU leaders to assess manpower gaps and future hiring needs. Serve as a strategic advisor on recruitment matters to business leaders and HR business partners Budget Management Oversee and maintain relationships with third-party recruitment agencies, job portals, and external partners. Manage and optimize the recruitment budget, ensuring cost-effective hiring through efficient use of tools, technology, and partnerships. Recruitment Analytics & Reporting Utilize data analytics and recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality of hire, source of hire) to track performance and identify improvement areas. Generate Weekly, monthly and quarterly recruitment reports for Top management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and strategic recommendations. Compliance & Policy Adherence Ensure full compliance with labor laws, employment regulations, and internal recruitment policies. Maintain accurate recruitment records, hiring documentation, and audit readiness for all staffing activities.
Develop and monitor marketing budget including expenditures and return on investment for key activities. Complete marketing department operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results and assigned tasks. Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by directing market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data. Analyse and report to Assistant Head of Marketing for the trade discount scheme and other consumer promotion activities. (UTC, Cash Envelope, MOFT promotion and other events/activations). Check and evaluate all monthly reports from all respective Managers (Brand, Trade, Excecutional Excellence & Administration). Work in conjuction with the respective sales BU Head on driving acceleration the brand growth and working towards arresting the declined in sales if any brands. Interface with suppliers to ensure that the routine and requested information is supplied in a timely manner. Ensure to meet with the suppliers to negotiate the price as required and report to Head of Marketing along with the quotations. Evaluate departmental manpower needs and overall organizational structure. Maintain marketing employees’ job results by counselling and disciplining; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Maintain marketing employees by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. Make sure for each team member follows the JD’s and perform their tasks on a daily basis, manage and encourage the staff’s growth and development. Maintain research database by identifying and assembling marketing information. Evaluate the UTC redemption tracker, Cash Envelope tracker and other promotional campaigns from LMBU & UMBU Finance departments. Evaluate the trade discount scheme and other consumer promotion activities. (UTC, Cash Envelope, MOFT promotion and other events/activations). Work closely with BWI sales team for checking, evaluating & monitoring all MKT promotional support and brand health. Ensuring all relevant reports (consumer promotions/ campaigns/ events) are accurate and sent ON TIME to HOD. Prepare and check all the approval memos from all respective Managers (Brand, Trade, Excecutional Excellence & Administration). Coordinate with other respective departments for any departmental issues. Ensure compliance with all Company procedures and governmental regulations.
Weekly & Monthly Checking Duties Perform weekly payment reviews for MKT, Admin, HR, and Finance departments. Conduct monthly cash balance checking and reporting. Review General Ledger (GL) transactions to ensure proper posting and categorization. Inventory & Cost Control Confirm and verify monthly inventory purchases, cost of goods sold (COGS), and inventory balance. Support monthly ground stock taking including: Generator fuel, MKT A&P materials, End-of-month HR cash count. Revenue & Receivables Confirm and check monthly revenue figures and accounts receivable (AR) balances. Coordinate confirmation and reconciliation of receivables and payables for MDY & ZYD Factories. Intercompany Transactions Monthly confirmation and checking of intercompany transactions (Upper & Lower Myanmar businesses). Fixed Assets & Documentation Prepare and maintain the Fixed Assets Register. Assist with the preparation of journal entries. Review debit notes and supporting documentation for month-end closing. Supplier & Procurement Support Coordinate with Ma Phyu (CT & IT teams) for individual supplier accounts related to raw materials and services. Assist in reviewing and preparing supplier-related documentation and payment schedules. Audit Support Assist in internal and external audit activities. Prepare required documentation and provide requested information in a timely manner. Financial Reporting Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports including: Statement of Profit or Loss (SOPL), Statement of Financial Position (SOFP), Statement of Comprehensive Income (SOCI), Notes to Financial Statements. General Support Support the Chief Accountant (CA) and Finance Manager in any ad-hoc assignments.
