Job Responsibilities: 1. Travel to key areas, organize teams, improve local sales conditions, and increase regional sales 2. Communicate with accessory customers, maintain customer relationships, and promote sales growth3. Collect and feedback store information and competitive product dynamics in a timely manner, formulate sales policies, and promote the achievement of sales volume
Job Descriptions 1. Follow up the basic work of major customers in the responsible area: including assisting regional major customers in increasing sales and proportion, assisting regional major customers in business trips or assignments, assisting in follow-up of customer inventory, image and location, activities, personnel ability improvement, and customer policy signing , customer relations, etc. 2. Collect information such as the sales ratio of other competing products in major customer stores, cooperation policies, and activity plans, analyze the sales data of each brand, and formulate improvement plans for stores whose sales volume and proportion do not meet the standards, and supervise their implementation. 3. Supervise and urge the second level to visit major customer stores and maintain customer conditions, seize the best location and image of the store, improve store image and sales, and establish brand barriers; improve the exclusive service and management capabilities of each region for top customers, and maintain good communication with customers , to establish a long-term stable partnership.
Utilize both **online and offline** sales & marketing strategies to drive business growth of showrooms. Track, analyze, and report promotional campaign performance and monthly sales data. Create engaging video content for social media platforms, including TikTok and Facebook, to enhance brand visibility.

Assist the supervisor and manager in following up on the progress of the mobile phone launch project, and formulate sales targets and policies 3.
