Resolve technical issues related to inverter/non-inverter air conditioners and home appliances. Personally handle or supervise installations for VIP customers and B2B projects, ensuring the highest quality. Conduct field inspections and quality checks of installers’ work to ensure compliance with the company’s SLA and technical standards. Provide on-the-job training and technical guidance to team members. Handle and resolve customer complaints professionally to build trust in the brand. Manage spare parts inventory and requirements for repairs.
Lead and guide the sales team, set sales targets, and enhance the team’s performance. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and personally manage key accounts. Identify and explore new market opportunities to expand the company’s market share. Regularly report sales performance, forecasts, and market analysis to the General Manager. Collaborate effectively with the Marketing, Logistics, and Finance departments.
