Training Needs Analysis: Conduct regular assessments to identify the training and development needs of employees. Work with department heads and managers to understand specific skill gaps and areas for improvement. Take Samples on time when starting up, inspect equipment on time, and do workshop hygiene and fire inspection records when there is a gap. Do a good job of cleaning, inspection and maintenance of each equipment when shutting down and make fire inspection record. Do handover work well in front of commuting to ensure the handover of public goods. Completing the work arrangement of the monitor, if problems can be dealt with, promptly handle and report the problems encountered to the monitor/ the director in time. Junior Electrician is responsible for: Regularly check, monitor and perform maintenance of electrical facilities in power plant. (substation, MVD/ LVD, pumps/ fan motors, control system DCS, PLC, VFD, UPS, etc.) Regularly taking log of electrical parameters of MVD/LVD, Turbine Generator and Diesel Generator Operation and switching of MV, LV equipment Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance (troubleshooting) of E&I equipment. Perform the regular test/ calibration of process instruments (pressure, level, flow, temperature transmitters and sensors). Perform the power equipment test using proper instruments and tools Perform installation of electrical facilities and cables when necessary Well known about electrical safety rules and always follow strictly Energy conservation of utilities Follow EHS rules at all time Report to Shift Leader/ Supervisor

Assist the manager to implement the relevent decisions, intentions and instructions of the general manger and the deputy general manager. Be responsible for the affairs of the storage and trasportation department together with the department manager. Assist department managers to carry out personnel management and organization control, establish regulations and implement them. Coordinate the up-down and horizontal relations to ensure the smooth progress of the company's railway and automobile trasportation, Regularly check the hadover records, analyze the work, and take effective measures in time to improve work efficiency. Coordinate the relationship with foreign units, including railway bureaus, automobile transportation companies and other units to ensure the normal operation of the work Timely check that the data records of the teams are correct and analyze the working status of each team, and take effective measures in time to improve the efficiency. Put forward reasonable suggestions and continuously improve the logistics process. Punish and educate those who violate the silo management system. Compile the operation SOP and provide the training. Responsible for food safety inspection and rectification of the workshop.
Review and combine daily cash and bank transactions from three location and analysis the account code for 3 locations. Check China tax refund transactions and balance confirmation. Check the payment vouchers whether all approvals are included or not. Approve the payment vouchers as per approval matrix. Twice a week, prepare the remaining advance payments and send to related department. Prepare Forex Exposure report by weekly and monthly. Prepare inter company, aduit and other financial payments. Prepare Debit Note and send to inter co and made inter compaines' confrimation by monthly. Combine the accrue expenses and account payable transaciton from three location and analysis the account code. Reconciling balance sheet and Gerner ledger account. Prepare monthly full set of accounts and Fixed Asset schedule. Prepare Consolidated Financial Report, Bank Loan Report. Prepare Profit or Loss Statement by location on monthly and quarterly. Prepare Profit or Loss Statement for Corporate Income Tax by quarterly. Preparation of year-end audit schedules. Providing information and assisting in any necessary process as job requirement. Document and monitor internal controls in support of auditing team.
Daily record check to production lines & product quality. Record the daily inspection results in both paper & soft copy. Weekly check to products storage area to maintain product quality. Focus on product's packing with oil quality during operation time. Sampling from production line & support for Lab test. Monthly record preparation & report if need to solve the problem.
