Oversee and ensure accurate daily recording of payments and receipts in the cash ledger. Supervise the arrangement and timely deposit of cash and cheques into designated bank accounts. Ensure proper balancing of daily cash, cheque, and card transactions in alignment with financial records. Reconciliation & Reporting Prepare detailed daily and monthly cash and bank reconciliation reports for submission to the Assistant Finance Manager. Review and verify monthly bank statements across all company bank accounts. Conduct monthly cash flow reconciliations and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies. Transaction Oversight Maintain organized records, reports, and supporting documentation related to all financial transactions. Ensure all transaction data is accurately captured and filed for audit readiness. Team Coordination & Supervision Guide and support junior finance or cashier staff involved in cash handling and deposit processes. Support in consolidating weekly/monthly cash flow forecasts from various departments or branches. Assist with internal and external audits by providing relevant records and reconciliation reports.
