The purpose of the company is to provide the qualified Belgian diamond and international standard white gold jewelries with the best service in Myanmar jewelry market.
Since 8th February 2008, we established our first showroom named More & More Gold and Jewelry at Bogyoke Aung San Market. Nowadays twelve galleries have been opening at Bogyoke Aung San Market, Junction City Shopping Mall, Time City Shopping Mall, Lanmadaw Plaza, Gamone Pwint (San Yeik Nyein) in Yangon, and also, we have the galleries in Mandalay, Pathein, Taunggyi, Myeik, Mawlamyine and Sittwe.
Starting goldsmith work from 2015 February with the aim of creating a superior quality jewelry backed by advance qualified & experienced jewelry designers & production team, manufacturing units equipped with the modern technologies. Conduct recruiting process and select qualified interviewee and report to BOD Establishes recruitment by studying organization plans and objectives Create employment agreements, engage in contract (re-) negotiations, drive termination procedures Make sure the company complies with labour laws Check and maintain human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories. Administrate compensation & benefits and performance management systems Drive payroll process and payment of employment and social security taxes Create and update guidelines & procedures in the form of an employee handbook and drive execution Formulate HR Plans, Policies & procedures according to organizational objectives Ensure that HR policies, procedures and practices are implemented and carried out properly by the departments and operating business units Set up the working process for succession planning analysis, implementation and Monitoring Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics Ensure proper management of Staff amenities and occupational and health safety Collaborate with L&D Department and Sales Onboarding Department to conduct organizational development Monthly HR report and budget report to BOD
Liaise with government organizations for smooth operations of Company business Responsible for areas in office premises and motor vehicles Perform monthly charges of billing system of internet, phone and electric meter. Check to countersign for expenses, repair and purchase of IT equipment and spares Supervising the day-to-day operations of the administrative department and staff members Supervise and manage drivers efficiently Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures Ensuring the office is stocked with necessary supplies and that all equipment is working and properly maintained Monitor the inventory and requisition of office supplies and materials Working with the accounting and management teams to set budgets, monitor spending, and process payroll and other expenses Monthly report to Managing Director
Duties and Responsibilities In collaboration with the Sales Manager, plan annual sales targets, quarterly sales targets, and monthly sales targets. Analyze daily sales records, review sales situations, and conduct with Sales Manager, how to meet sales targets. Keeping track of sales targets and reporting any deviations as needed. Creating and implementing effective sales strategies to meet sales targets. Participate in the planning of events, product exhibitions, and promotions. Assist to planning, developing, and implementing marketing strategies and customer engagement activities, including the creation of point-of-sale materials and promotions. Meeting with customers to discuss their changing needs and evaluate the quality of our company's relationship with them. To increase sales force, it is necessary to investigate and visit any new potential customers. To guide sales team members in meeting monthly sales targets. Arrange training for the development of required salesperson skills by consulting with the L&D Department and Sales Onboarding Department. To organize stock by categorizing slow and no-sales products. Manage the expenses of the sales teams in order to stay within the company's cost budget.
