Coordinate end-to-end recruitment processes: posting jobs, screening candidates, interviewing, and onboarding. Ensure new hire orientations are effective and consistent. Support conflict resolution, employee counseling, and disciplinary processes. Assist in organizing performance appraisal processes. Track performance records and follow up on action plans or PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans). Assist in the update and implementation of HR policies and procedures. Maintain accurate and updated HR records and reports. Assist in preparation of monthly HR dashboards and workforce analytics. Participate in organizing staff engagement activities Support initiatives to improve staff morale and retention. Collaborate on HR improvement initiatives such as digitalization or policy review.
