Academic Tasks • Working with the class teacher to plan and monitor the class lessons and schedules • Supervision of an assigned student or students for the purpose of academic and behavior intervention • Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment. • Revising lesson material with students individually or in small groups. • Ensuring the classroom en vironment is safe and clean. • Overseeing students during non-classroom times including in-between classes, during lunch, and on-field excursions. • Collaborating with lead teachers to recognize issues students are facing and recommend solutions. • Help students adjust, learn, and socialize and report to teachers about possible behavioral issues • Documenting student progress and communicating with class teacher and curriculum coordinator. • Helping class teachers to create lesson plans and track student attendance. • Complying with state, school, and class rules and regulations • Attending all training classes, parent conferences, and faculty meetings if necessary Community Support • Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues • Plan and deliver Myanmar language class • Perform supervisory duties as needed and assigned • Incorporates the PYP framework into the classroom management and academic support.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Effectiveness (New & Renewed) Demonstrate a strong understanding of Logiscool products and methods. Master presentation and closing skills to meet sales targets. Prepare and execute a monthly sales plan for maximum impact. Conduct consultations, coordinate placement tests, and ensure proper follow-ups. Maintain accurate records in the school information system. Guide new students in using school applications and engage with parents to build trust. 2. Customer Service Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout their journey. Address concerns proactively and act on feedback to ensure satisfaction. Report important feedback, complaints, and prospects to the School Manager. Prepare and distribute necessary materials for students. Support the school in resolving unexpected issues during class hours. 3. Event Coordination Assist in preparing materials and supporting external events as assigned. Provide consultation at events and assist with extracurricular activities when available. 4. General Administration Manage school assets, materials, and general purchases. Maintain a tidy, safe, and hygienic school environment. Handle daily cash collection and bank deposits per school procedures. 5. Collaboration Foster strong teamwork between sales and academic teams. Attend required meetings and support cross-functional collaboration.
