Key Responsibilities 1. Partnership Identify, approach, and establish new partnership opportunities with schools, educational institutions, NGOs, and corporate organizations. Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to ensure long-term collaboration and satisfaction. Assist in planning, organizing, and executing partnership activities, events, and campaigns to promote the school’s programs and brand. Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, academic, and operations) to align partnership activities with business goals. Prepare partnership proposals, presentations, and reports for both internal and external stakeholders. Support negotiations and agreements to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships. Conduct market and competitor research to identify emerging opportunities and trends. Track and evaluate the success and ROI of partnership initiatives. 2. Administrative & Coordination Tasks Ensure timely delivery and organization of POSM materials (banners, posters, flyers, uniforms, digital assets). Monitor inventory of POSM collaterals and manage replenishment requests. Maintain POSM expense records and support purchase requisition, PO, and payment processes with Finance and Procurement. Prepare and organize internal documents (quotations, invoices, vendor lists). Coordinate with campuses, vendors, and partners for marketing material distribution and data collection. 3. Data Management & Reporting Assist in daily/weekly/monthly sales tracking reports in coordination with Sales and Marketing teams. Compile sales performance data from online and offline channels for analysis and presentations. Prepare reporting frameworks aimed at monitoring the sales performance at individual, center or country level under the guidance of Sales Manager Update the reports in a timely manner at the frequency determined by Sales Manager Publish the reports in the appropriate channels at the time determined by Sales Manager Must attend and prepare meeting minutes if the sales manager requests to join the meeting on her behalf. Update ground rules as needed based on instructions from the Sales Manager 4. Communication & Brand Support Liaise with external agencies, printing houses, and media partners for timely production and delivery. Support social media posting, scheduling, and monitoring under Brand Manager’s guidance.
Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales Effectiveness (New & Renewed) Demonstrate a strong understanding of Logiscool products and methods. Master presentation and closing skills to meet sales targets. Prepare and execute a monthly sales plan for maximum impact. Conduct consultations, coordinate placement tests, and ensure proper follow-ups. Maintain accurate records in the school information system. Guide new students in using school applications and engage with parents to build trust. 2. Customer Service Build strong relationships with students and parents throughout their journey. Address concerns proactively and act on feedback to ensure satisfaction. Report important feedback, complaints, and prospects to the School Manager. Prepare and distribute necessary materials for students. Support the school in resolving unexpected issues during class hours. 3. Event Coordination Assist in preparing materials and supporting external events as assigned. Provide consultation at events and assist with extracurricular activities when available. 4. General Administration Manage school assets, materials, and general purchases. Maintain a tidy, safe, and hygienic school environment. Handle daily cash collection and bank deposits per school procedures. 5. Collaboration Foster strong teamwork between sales and academic teams. Attend required meetings and support cross-functional collaboration.
Program Related items Delivering the course (Higher National Diploma and Bachelor Program of Infrastructure and Network Engineering/Computer Networks) Responsible for assuring the quality of the University’s programs and in achieving the University’s strategic performance expectations for learning and teaching Managing the program and engaging with Academic Department - learning and teaching professional and support services Collaborating with Dean of Computer Science and Network Engineering to oversee the preparation for course information Discussing the program level curriculum design process, including student assessment, learning and teaching approaches in collaboration with Dean of Computer Science and Network Engineering. Evaluating the resource requirements of the programs (including timetabling, lab equipment, library resources etc.) and bringing resourcing issues to Dean of Computer Science and Network Engineering Department Lecturing Preparing and delivering regular lecturers for students Conducting tutorial sessions, seminars and laboratory classes Guiding class discussions, debate and feedback among students Preparing and marking students’ assignment, phase tests and exams and provide one-on-one feedback on academic performance when necessary
Academic Tasks • Working with the class teacher to plan and monitor the class lessons and schedules • Supervision of an assigned student or students for the purpose of academic and behavior intervention • Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation by getting materials ready and setting up equipment. • Revising lesson material with students individually or in small groups. • Ensuring the classroom en vironment is safe and clean. • Overseeing students during non-classroom times including in-between classes, during lunch, and on-field excursions. • Collaborating with lead teachers to recognize issues students are facing and recommend solutions. • Help students adjust, learn, and socialize and report to teachers about possible behavioral issues • Documenting student progress and communicating with class teacher and curriculum coordinator. • Helping class teachers to create lesson plans and track student attendance. • Complying with state, school, and class rules and regulations • Attending all training classes, parent conferences, and faculty meetings if necessary Community Support • Establish and maintain effective relationships with students, parents, and colleagues • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues • Plan and deliver Myanmar language class • Perform supervisory duties as needed and assigned • Incorporates the PYP framework into the classroom management and academic support.
