Work in Yangon (Office at Kyauktada Township) to support Singapore business operations Support Sales and Operations in accordance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and policies Manage and operate the Sales & Customer Service Channel(s) such as phone, text, and Social Media inboxes Provide professional, prompt, and friendly support to leads over the sales channels such as program information, sign-up method, and any other sales-related queries Answer inbound messages and calls from leads and clients Resolve the majority of enquiries and escalate other high-level inquiries to senior staff members or management Manage ground operational issues and customer complaints Maintain KPIs such as End-of-Day Reporting and Same-Day Reply Rate.
