Planning: Develop sales and marketing policies and procedures, set objectives, sales target, and prepare sales and marketing strategic plan for productive and systematic operations. Monitoring Supervise day to day tasks and activities of team member monitor their performance, operational planning process, financial/budget execution to achieve high-performance. Customer Relationship: Regularly visit and meet with KOL of healthcare professionals, maintain strong relationships all related interested parties. Sales & Promotion : Prepare and execute daily visit plan/ join call plan to all Hospitals/Clinics, GP and Laboratories, promote products and discuss customers/end-user’ requirements, needs and feedback. Marketing Activities: : Plan and organize marketing activities including, product presentation workshops, conferences, exhibition, educational events, webinar programs, etc., Research and Survey : Conduct market research, market demand, market size, market share and competitors’ information, etc., identifying new business opportunities.
