Supports to TOC and field technicians in handling emergencies till issue is resolved within agreed Service Level Agreement. Support in preparation of RCA reports for those emergencies or incidents Responds on timely basis to all communications within and outside the organization Plans, assigns and directs the employees who are engaged in installation, maintenance and operation of different telecommunication systems and support equipment Assists the O&M Supervisor Region with the acceptance of new sites, assigning to teams & informing to all relevant people Ensures that the Field Technicians are executing their assigned work according to quality and standard Ensures proper care of all company assets assigned to area such as tools, mobile DG’s, vehicles, accommodations etc. Validates the reports and information from field technicians. Assist the O&M Supervisor in planning Preventive & Corrective maintenance, implementing, monitoring, and follows up with issues found till closure. Gives recommendation to the O&M Supervisor accordingly. Resources include but not limited to Human, tools, equipment & transportation Ensures that teams have necessary tools and transportation. Ensures proper communication with the client and within organization in form of mails, meetings, calls, reports etc. Demonstrates the ability to think critically and proactively, anticipates risks and prepares solutions in advance. Ensures availability of spares and enough fuel within area, with the help of the O&M Supervisor, provides regular feedback about the status and escalates if required. Reports and investigates any incident (Fuel theft, etc…) according to process. Ensure the right consumption for fuel and spares in area. Ensures all documentation and reports are created and shared client on time.
Daily site supervision and coordination with vendor of ongoing sites Assist and report to the Project Manager. Can travel to all sites locations which are located around the Myanmar Report project such as work plan and progress report Organizing materials and ensuring sites are safe and clean. Preparing cost estimates and ensuring appropriate materials and tools are available. Providing technical advice and suggestions for improvement on particular projects. Diagnosing and troubleshooting equipment as required. Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to ensure the best contracts. Authorizing technical drawings and engineering plans. Gathering data, compiling reports and delivering presentations to relevant stakeholders. Delegating tasks and scheduling meetings and training sessions where required. The quantity surveyors are responsible for controlling all aspects of the contractual and financial side of construction, decoration and furniture projects, handle the costs of an overall project to ensure completed within its projected budget. Prepare early cost estimate prior construction and decoration Responsible for the coordination of relevant projects site engineers and relevant departments Check the site condition to prepare the specification, bill of quantities and documents base on design and structural drawing for the Quotations. Arrange the budget control and quality control of the work Documents updated price from suppliers and issue the purchase order for the material to the procurement team on time
The Cashier, reporting to Chief accountant, is mainly responsible to organize the day-to-day finance department operation in accordance with the company rules and regulations, to enforce the compliances, policies, and procedures in all areas of financial operation in a constructive manner and to assist and support to CFO and top management in all financial reports and year-end auditing process. Key Responsibilities: - Check Cash book and income for all branches - Daily prepare income voucher and go to the banks - Cash collection from customer - Advance Budget to Cash Out to employee - Check by Treasury Department from Bank Slips to key in Cash Book - Daily prepare the credit voucher - Assist and supervise all Juniors roles if needed - Assist & support - CFO & Team and Approvals process from CEO if necessary - Make sure company’s financial policies and procedures
Taking care of income details relating . Daily data record for income . Check & ensure commission & marketing expenses payment . Checking & taking care of all income of HO & all branches . Dealing with operation team for day to day & monthly income report . Monthly bank reconciliation . Other duties as assigned .
Planning 1. Collect market information and competitors' activities. 2. Collect feedbacks and suggestions from merchants and wallet users. 3. Propose township level planning to increase merchants and users. Implementation 1. Acquire new merchants and new wallet users as per targets set by TSM. 2. Carry out the tasks assigned by the Territory Sales Manager (TSM) or Asst. Territory Sales Manager (ATSM). 3. Visit the territories (townships) to promote UNIPAY E-Wallet and provide customer support by building relationship. 4. Able to actively work to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. 5. Perform merchandising activities at the merchant outlets. 6. Responsible for managing cash and E-Money operations in the assigned territory. Controlling 1. Support merchants and wallet users needs and requirements 2. Able to identify issues and provide solutions 3. Keep record of the proper usage of POSMs and check the brand visibility of UNIPAY at the merchants outlets. Reporting 1. Report daily, weekly and monthly activities and achievements to TSM or Asst.TSM.

Abnormal battery condition. PHF & Net Eco data entry and Channel management. Tracking online site status. Site power consumption status. DG abnormal running and online status. Checking site online and offline issue. Data collecting for Material Hand Tool lists and inspect the return Material Tool Lists(Resigned person, Handover list). Check and solve the dg offline issue, report to Manager weekly. Check and solve the DC meter offline issue and wrong reading issue, report to Manager weekly. Analysis and collect B2B and M2M Sim Ultilization and other sim data. Plan and Manage to Visual Site Visit with Online. Data collect and update for asset audit tracker, update the site photos in file. Collect the data to upgrade and swapping data of DG, Battery and Rectifier Cabinet in SMR monthly. Prepair the documentation for Oversea Warranty Claim Process (Preliminary Acceptance Certificate (PAC), Final Acceptance Certificate (FAC)
Mining managers plan, oversee and coordinate all mining related production activities including physical and human resources and budgets. The work is often in an office, with regular travel to mining sites. Evening and weekend work may be required.
