• Develop and implement effective Digital Marketing Strategies. • Be proficient in using social media platforms such as Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, YouTube, Email, and Website for content creation and promotion. • Stay informed about current market trends through online and offline market surveys. • Must have a strong interest in the education sector and be able to create engaging content related to it. • Achieve set targets individually or in collaboration with a team. • Must be able to report directly to HOD.
• Develop and execute student recruitment strategies aligned with monthly and quarterly intake goals. • Set and monitor sales targets for upcoming batches/courses and implement follow-up strategies. • Supervise and support the counseling/sales team to ensure effective conversion of leads to enrollments. • Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and search platforms. • Oversee the production and release of educational and promotional video content • Identify and engage with local and international organizations for potential MOU and internship partnerships. • Represent the institution in meetings and networking events to build strategic collaborations. • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales & marketing team to meet department objectives. • Provide weekly and monthly reports on lead generation, enrollment progress, digital campaign performance, and partnership activities. • Report to MD
