Job Description : As an ERP Support at Zettatech Co., Ltd, you will act as a bridge between our development team and customers, ensuring project requirements are met, issues are resolved, and software products are successfully delivered. Key Responsibilities : Customer Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, gathering and understanding their software requirements and providing regular updates on project progress. Technical Support:provides technical assistance and troubleshooting to customers by addressing their questions, concerns, and problems related to our software products. Quality Assurance :Assist in testing and quality assurance activities, including user acceptance testing (UAT), to ensure that software products meet specified requirements and are free from defects. Documentation :Creates and maintains comprehensive documentation, including user manuals, technical documentation, and training materials, to facilitate customer understanding and use of our software. Feedback and Improvement:Collect and transmit customer feedback to the development team, actively participating in continuous improvement efforts and suggesting improvements to software products.
