The ideal candidate will be responsible for manage and monitor sales team to meet sales targets for assigned territories and overall business objectives. Develop and implement short-and-long-term sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets for assigned territories. Conduct weekly regular reviews to provide feedback on achievements, performance gaps and requirement for improvement. Must meet the set sales target- monthly, quarterly and annually set by the organisation. Create effective sale promotion program on its own or in coordination with marketing team. Ensure all the promotion or merchandising programs are completed in time. Expand the market share by ensuring sales growth in all assigned areas and categories. Continuous monitoring of sales progress and coaching sales team by identifying the gaps. Must be able to travel and good at interpersonal skills. Good market knowledge and must have a good relationship with key market players and customers.

The Digital Marketing Manager will work with the Management to plan digital marketing strategies for each Brands. Work closely with marketing team and sales team to develop effective marketing campaigns and programs. Identify new leads and create and execute marketing campaigns. Strategize and execute monthly marketing plans to achieve company’s objectives. Help train the brand executive and content writer to make sure they are knowledgeable in digital marketing. Stay up to date with best practise and new digital marketing solutions so the brands are able to be seen across all channels. Represent the voice of the customer in all social media messages and looking at the marketing activities from the customer perspective.
