  • Handle day-to-day accounting tasks (data entry, vouchers, petty cash, etc.)
  • Maintain proper records of financial transactions and inventory
  • Assist in preparing monthly reports and expense tracking
  • Oversee basic office administration duties, including procurement, asset management, and staff attendance
  • Support the Operation Manager in clerical and administrative tasks

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role (admin or accounts)

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
