❖Able to handle accounts book keeping
❖Maintain daily and monthly receipts reconciliation
❖To assist in accounts transactions, checking, verification & follow up
❖Prepare paments to vendors and claims (process payment, prepare invoice, payment voucher, receipts, cheques)
❖Maintain proper filing of accounting documents for record keeping
❖Liaise with external auditor
❖General admin support and other relevant ad-hoc tasks or assignments
❖Any other tasks directed by Account Manager

❖At least 2 year(s) of working experience is required for this position
❖Proactive, committed and ability to work independently under tight schedule
❖Must be accurate and good in dealing with figures
