Billing and payment chasing for accounts receivable department
Maintain up-to-date billing system, generage and send out invoices
Follow up on, collect and allocate receipts
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments and other irregularities
Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
Communicate with customers via phone, email, mail or personally
Monitor and record the just in time transactions of stock (in/out)
Checking the store receiving, issuing and monthly ground stocks taking
Monthly reconciliation of stock accounts with branch account
Prepare inventory monthly report
Monitor stock balance in hand and if not enough stocks, need to arrange procurement

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

Proven book-keeping experience
Solid understanding of basic book-keeping and accounting principles
Proven ability to calculate, post and management accounting figures and financial records
Data entry skills along with a good mathematical ability
Hands-on experience with spreadsheets (Excel is a must), MS Office and accounting software
High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, stress tolerance
BS Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Administration
Minimum Education Level - LCCI III
4 skills English is preferrable
