  1. Checking DSSR (Sales Income, Net Sales, Credit Sales, Collection) and Reconciliation with SAP Data.
  2. Record Sales Data daily by branches.
  3. Calculating Commission, Overtime and Special Meal, Payroll and Budget by Branches.
  4. Data Record for Sales Journal, Expense Journal, Cash Journal, Cash Book, Register Book (Full/ Empty) and Deficit.
  5. SAP Data Upload (Sales, Collection and Expenses) by branches / by route.
  6. Checking the Allocation and Fuel Usage Report
  7. Conducting Stock taking every 1st Day of the month.
  8. Controlling monthly Budget for Branches and overall expenses.
  9. Checking the overall Money Requisition Forms (Expenditure, Advance, Advance Clearing) and arrange for Approval.

2 years experience in related field.

LCCI- Level 3 or ACCA
