. Accounting ႏွင့္ပတ္သတ္ေသာ Diploma ႏွင့္Certificate မ်ားရရိွထားသူျဖစ္ရမည္
. Accounting ႏွင့္ ပတ္သက္၍ Monthly Report, Yearly Report မ်ားကို စနစ္တက်ေရးဆြဲ ႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။
. Accounting ႏွင့္ပတ္သတ္ေသာ operation ပိုင္းမ်ားကို ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာေဆာင္ရြက္ႏိုင္သူ ျဖစ္ရမည္
. Computer ကၽြမ္းက်င္စြာ အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္ရမည္
. Accounting ႏွင့္ပတ္သတ္ေသာ Software မ်ားကို အသံုးျပဳႏိုင္သူျဖစ္ရမည္
. လူအမ်ားႏွင့္ ဆက္ဆံေရး ေကာင္းမြန္သူျဖစ္ရမည္။ ႀကိဳးစားလုိစိတ္ရိွရမည္

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• Any Graduate ( LCCI- level III ) (Pass) or B.Com/ B.Act / B.A (Eco) /D.A (LCCI-UK)
• Minimum experience of (3) year in Accounting fields
• Must be Computer Skill and Finger Print Software System.
• Strong knowledge and expertise in financial statement.
• Able to work overtime.
• Good communication skills in Englis.
