Work with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers and journals.
Prepare statutory accounts, inventory and control.
Calculate and check to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
Sort out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
Manage petty cash transactions.
Control credit and chasing debt.
Reconcile finance accounts and direct debits.
Prepare invoices for company clients and customers.
Enable to prepare financial statement, P&L account.

Any graduate
LCCI Level III or Diploma in Accounting
Trading work experience is preferable
Must have strong mind and ability to cooperate with others
A passion for numbers, accuracy and skills in calculating figures is vital
