VCS’s sister company, the British Pest Control company is looking for two skilled accounts officers at their newly setup branches in Nay Pyi Taw and Ngwe Saung respectively

Duties and Responsibilities
* Verify that transactions are recorded in the correct day book, supplier’s ledger, customer ledger and general ledger
* Complete tax and SSB forms and payment of employee salaries
* Process accounts receivable/payable
* Managing stock levels and maintain records of all purchases and withdrawals
* Monitor & record the just in time transaction of stock (In/Out)
* Checking the store receiving, issuing and monthly ground stock taking
* Monthly reconciliation of stock accounts with HO accounts
* Prepared up to date stock received checker register with excel and software
* Prepared inventory monthly report

Skill and Requirement
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting (Minimum Education Level – LCCI Level III)
* Proven ability to calculate, post and manage accounting figures and financial records
* Solid understanding of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles
* Data entry skills along with a good mathematical ability
* Hands-on experience with spreadsheets (Excel is a must), MS Office and accounting software
* High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
* Proven bookkeeping experience
* Able to work in either Ngwe Saung or Nay Pyi Taw
