We are looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be the organizational force behind our office operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage a variety of administrative tasks, provide support to our staff, and be a positive first point of contact for our company.

 

  • Documentation: Prepare, format, and edit a range of documents, including reports, memos, and correspondence. Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems for easy retrieval.
  • Registrations: Manage and process various registration forms, applications, and submissions accurately and efficiently.
  • Office Coordination: Handle day-to-day office tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, managing incoming/outgoing mail, and greeting visitors.
  • Scheduling: Maintain calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for team members and management.
  • Supply Management: Monitor office supply levels, place orders when necessary, and ensure the office is well-stocked.
  • General Support: Provide administrative support to the wider team as needed, assisting with projects and miscellaneous tasks to ensure operational efficiency.

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a relevant office support role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and familiarity with standard office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).
  • Work Ethic: A dedicated and hard-working professional with excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Attitude: A positive attitude, professional demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Adaptability: Must be a quick learner, open to taking on new responsibilities and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
