- Analyzing media communication trend , surveying market needs and gathering feedback.
- Prepare , develop and implement a marketing plan include PR / media, digital marketing, social media and marketing event.

- Managing media communication sales strategy and being responsible for media sales performance.
- Implementing the media cycle plan and sales approach to business partners.

- proactively managing client relationships by maintaining frequent contact with and offering advertising media solutions.
- Developing new advertisement media & advertising through digital media, magazine, billboard , banner ,etc.

- Identifying and recommending appropriate media advertising tools, sites or platforms to existing clients and new clients.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

- Bachelor Degree or higher.
- Minimum of (1~3)years of experience in a marketing , advertising or public relations field; having experience in an advertising and media agency will be an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong writing , editing, proofreading skills.
- Have commercial sense and creativity.
- Strong analytical skills and passion for analyzing products, competitors, and market dynamics, with a proven customer retention and growth record .
- Have an established track record in ads marketing with measurable results.
- Must be able to use (Words, Excel, Power Point )
