လုပ္ေဆာင္ရမည့္တာ၀န္မ်ား

• Setting up of laboratory and develop practices on research and testing
• Conduct experiments and develop methods of production in the lab with specialized equipment, collecting plant physiology growth data on living samples and plant tissue analysis
• Perform research to determine the role of a particular gene in plant growth
• Update and maintain accurate daily activity records and operation logs on all experiments and test results
• Co-ordinate with government agencies and farmers on breeding programmes
• Prepare regular reports to management on the progress of the experiments and test results

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

• A Degree in Agriculture Science, Agronomy or equivalent
• Must have minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience as an agronomist in a related industry
• Able to set up a laboratory from ground zero and carried out tissue culture
• Good command of English language to interact with overseas principal supplier
• Must have self-disciplined and able to work independently with minimum supervision
