Duties and responsibilities as the Air Conditioning Design Engineer-
• List up the necessary air-conditioning system based on the drawing
• Maintain a good working relationship with clients.
• Planning and preparing presentations and attend site to proceeding the T&C.
• Working with engineers, architects, clients, contractors and subcontractors to understand the requirement of air-conditioning system and propose best system.
• Communication skill with sales person and service person as design engineer.
• Assess cost effectiveness of products, projects or services, tracking actual costs relative to bids.
• Working with clients, vendors, personnel in other departments or construction foremen to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve any issues
• Reporting to the Operations Manager.

Essential requirements as the Air Conditioning Design Engineer/Estimator
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar role in commercial sector
• Experience designing /VRF air-conditioning systems (commercial aircon )
• Excellent time management and analytical skills
• Excellent man management skills as the Air Conditioning Design Engineer
