A Good Opportunity for ..

- Asset File preparation/validation and revision in case of rejection
- Ensure Project Documentations (such as Materials List and Acceptance documentation) information correctly indicated in the Asset File
- Ensures That all acceptance milestones are Supported By Relative Confirmed Documents
- Inform Document Controller about ML/ TPAC mismatch
- Indicate Serial Number, Packing List, Shipment Invoice & Import License numbers in accordance with outbound & OMC reports
- Check over utilization with Asset File summary
- Reports upon management request

- Must hold bachelor degree or any other relevant degree
- Good at Microsoft Excel, Word and Power Point.
- Able to communicate well with English and Myanmar. Chinese is a plus.
- Fast leaner, adapt to learn new things at any situations and high initiative
- Able to meet deadlines and active participant at projects
- We want someone who is reliable and confident in this job.
