  Handles large amounts of incoming phone calls, interacts with the customers by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints, passes them to the engineer if needed, and makes follow-up phone calls at a pace.

  Establishes a sustainable relationship and trust with each customer in selling and providing parts and services and filing documents for all the activities.   

  Monitors spare parts ordering, and old parts returning, interacts with the engineers, end-users, and vendors, and files documents for all the activities.        

  Performs and monitors contracting activities and ensures the performance of all necessary actions for effective contracting, ensuring compliance with the terms of the contract, and safeguarding the interests of the organization in its contractual relationships. 

  Performs and monitors government tender activities, deals with the respective parties, and follows up as needed.

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  •   Completion of a Bachelor’s Degree is required or a higher level is preferable.
  • Any qualification in management or administration is preferable.
  • A minimum of 2 years of job-related experience is required. Candidate must have level III English (Good Working Knowledge) and be fluent local language.
  •  Candidate must be fully qualified in using Microsoft Office applications and must have adequate typing skills in English and Myanmar language.
  • Having experience in using software tools like CRM and/or HRMS is preferable.
  • Candidate must have a pleasant attitude to de-escalate potentially hostile customers and need to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate should possess the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. And must have excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The candidate will receive minimum supervision from the customer service manager, and work independently or on a team.
  • Candidates must have the ability to work under pressure involves dealing with constraints that are often outside of their control.
