A Big Opportunity for ...

The main responsibility is to ensure that all sales invoices are recorded in accordance with Metro policies and that all of the receipts are and executed timely and accurately

Detailed responsibilities include:
• Prepare sales invoices and verify that all invoices are accurately generated in regards to sales orders
• Coordinate with sales function and relevant, to ensure that invoices are generated accurately in regards to the company’s terms and conditions for each customer
• Check commercial tax has been included on the invoices
• Ensure that selling products and services are delivered in regards to the agreed terms and conditions
• Coordinate with finance manager to ensure that receipts are made in a timely manner
• Reconcile the cash and bank receipts with invoices
• Make sure the discount and rebates are in line with the company policy and procedures
• Lead in updating cash and bank receipts transaction into the system, to update account receivable of the company
• Chasing up outstanding debts (if any)
• Prepare daily sales statement by customers and by products and report to management
• Prepare monthly comparison report the budgeted sales and actuals by customers, by products, by area
• Identify and respond appropriately to various problems, and ensure that issues are resolved
• Collaborate with other functions / teams to facilitate analysis and identify process improvement / cost reduction opportunities
• Be accountable for other certain works as assigned from immediate superior level

• Bachelor Degree, ACCA F1,F2,F3, LCCI completed
• Minimum 3-years relevant experience
• Good attention to detail
• Proficient in MS Office package - Excel, Outlook Calendar, PowerPoint
• Positive and can-do attitude
• A good team player
• Good English communication
