  • Supervising a team of Credit Officer and review credit decisions made by them
  • Monitoring of loans and customer follow-up
  • Participates in recruiting and training, performance management and development of credit team
  • Assist Credit Manager in developing credit evaluation process and lending criteria
  • Assist Credit Manager in monitoring loan application conversion, and identify causes to abnormalities in data and performance
  • Ensure Credit Officers maintain a high standard of professionalism, integrity and ethics

လိုအပ္ေသာအရည္အခ်င္း

  • At least 3 years' experience in credit assessment/analyst and at least one year of managerial experience in a microfinance or a financial institution.
  • Strong analytical skill and Risk Management concept
  • Strong interpersonal,Organizational and Problem-solving skill
  • Computer skills and familiarity with communication apps such as Messenger, Viber and Line
  • Good communication skill and English Proficiency
  • Ability to communicate with Thai speaking will be added advantage.
  • Able to perform duties in other places inside or outside of Myanmar.
