• Translate organization business plan into operational plan.
• Develop and implement strategic business plan for profitability.
• Manage the overall marketing plans, activities, branding and monitoring process.
• Defining project objectives, project scope, roles & responsibilities.
• Responsible for planning and overseeing projects within an organization, from the initial ideation through to completion.
• Coordinate people and processes to deliver projects on time, within budget and with the desired outcomes aligned to objectives.
• Managing delivery of the project according to this plan.
• Managing the relationship and communication with the client and all stakeholders, ensuring the project is delivered to their satisfaction.
• Perform to achieve sales target based on project in the regional area.
• Control sales & marketing and rental team to meet the market coverage for monthly performance achievement.
• Communicate to principal for related products and projects.
• Review & feedback daily activities & achievement report.
• Implementation of the weekly/ monthly meeting with Team.

Job Requirements

• Any Graduated, More prefer BE/ME (Civil), MBA, Diploma in project management.
• Age between 35 to 45.
• At least 5 - 8 years experience with project management in constructions and heavy machinery business and minimum 5 years experience with project manager.
• Excellent team working skills with related all stakeholders.
• Excellent English 4 skills and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced with sales, marketing and rental for related projects and products.
• Experienced with Leadership and management skills to lead all of departments and team.
