~ Provide continuous development of Estate Maintenance Team.
~ Implement and execute Repair and Maintenance , Preventive Maintenance Program.
~ Respond and deal with Complaints/Feedback/Request from customer
~ Execute the duties assigned by engineer/assistant maintenance manager
~ Manage and operate the sub-ordinate staff.

- B-Tech and above or similar
- Above three years of relevant experience
- Age 22 years and above
- English (Intermediate Level)
- Computer and It skill of Office level
- Administrative skill and Management skill
